D&D was awarded the opportunity to provide Construction Management services as the General Contractor for the upcoming Embassy Suites located in Pooler, Ga. Based in Florida, D&D was able to offer the most competitive yet realistic budget for this hotel despite our location and lack of presence at the time in the Georgia market. The Embassy Suites is a seven story, 141,681 square foot entity. It includes 162 rooms, an indoor pool and spa, ballroom, convention space, as well as a full restaurant and lounge. Construction started September 2008 and was completed in January of 2010.
